Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time

• Singapore: 1–3 business days
  

Shipping Fees

• Free shipping on orders above SGD 50 (Singapore only).
• Orders below SGD 50: flat rate shipping fee of SGD 2.90.
• International shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• You can track your order directly through the courier’s website.

Delays

• Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume or customs inspections.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance.
