Eligibility for Return

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.For hygiene reasons,
  • we cannot accept returns of opened personal care products (e.g. body wash, shampoo).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during clearance or promotion campaigns.
  • Damaged items caused by misuse or improper storage.

Damaged or Wrong Item

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days.
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs).
